            In 2004, Bishop (Bro.) Eddie C. Villanueva, International President/Spiritual Director, and Rev. Dory J. Villanueva, Executive Director of Jesus Is Lord Church Worldwide assigned Rev. Crisanto J. Jose to supervise Jesus Is Lord Church Hong Kong (JILC-HK). At that time, Management Information System (MIS) has not been established.   With the support of workers and members, plans and strategy was designed for the strengthening of JILC-HK monitoring system.

            By the year 2005, the establishment of MIS was discussed by Ptr. Cris to the leadership of JILC-HK prior to the visit of Ma’am Carmen and Sir Rene Gonzales, Christian Business Entrepreneur, who conducted Regional Management and Administrative Skills (RMAS) on April – June 2006. Thereafter, Ptr. Cris J. Jose , the Regional Pastor, Hong Kong, Macau and China for around 1 year by then, worked vigorously for the establishment of MIS in JILC-HK with the help of Ptr. Rosalie San Miguel and of the whole member of the JILC-HK Management Team together with the joint-effort, voluntarism, cooperation and unity of all Secretary/MIS Staff of every JIL Churches per District particularly with the MIS Head, Bro. Joey Bayona who developed the Database System to input all the necessary data.

            The Core Group of National Operation under the Leadership of Ptr. Alex Garcia is also a part of putting-up JILC-HK MIS. They provided some information and shared whatever changes and developments happened, in which Ptr. Cris tried to adapt and align to what GOD is doing in the Philippines as this is the primary concern and desire of the Leadership.

            GOD also prepared and directs Ptr. Cris on how to produce forms and to make procedures in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the operation of the Ministry when he was still in Nueva Ecija. He was a part of the Core Group and one of the contributors of the JIL Cell Group Manual particularly in the so called Monitoring Evaluation and Correction (MEC).

            Establishing MIS is not an easy task. From finding the right terms with its definition to be used for the key indicators and performance indicators, modifying and upgrading report forms, providing instruction manual, praying and assigning workers, gathering of membership data and encoding in the database system, teaching leaders and workers and many other related works really requires careful study, perseverance and patience. By the grace of GOD, two years of working it out could be said that MIS is nearly at the peak of accuracy with its data information.

 MIS is one of the “ high impact achievement “ of the JILC-HK Leadership because it would be able to provide the right information with regards to the performance of the Church and to give an accurate data for future decision making in advancing the Kingdom of GOD here in Hong Kong. Through consistent and strict monitoring of every key indicator, the Leadership will be able to know immediately the actual status and condition of the Church membership because of the transparency and comprehensibility of the report. It was also envisioned that through MIS, JILC-HK Membership will be multiplied, more leaders and workers will be raised-up, more outreaches will be established and JILC-HK will become a model and a blessing in the International Operation of JIL Worldwide Ministries in so many ways.

            Ptr. Cris affirmed that being an instrument of GOD in establishing MIS here in Hong Kong is a blessing because whatever accomplishment they have through MIS he may able to contribute it to other JIL Churches in different countries of the world. He also believed that this is a part of GOD’s calling and giftings to him with regards to administrative and management work in the church that’s why GOD is allowing him to go out from Philippines to Hong Kong and to other part of the world.  
                                                 
            He encourages all MIS staff to remain faithful whatever small things GOD entrusted to them because the more they prove to GOD that they’re faithful the more that He will entrust them. There is no small or big work for GOD and their faithfulness in small things will be His measurement in blessing and entrusting them with greater things.

            And to all upcoming and future MIS staff, the only encouragements and advice Ptr. Cris J. Jose can give to all of you is continually serve the LORD with all your heart, and be patient and persevere. Let each one of you be reminded that for every accomplishment you will achieve let all the glory be upon Him. Do not be threaten with the accomplishment of other MIS staff, for God called us in this ministry with a purpose, and with it, walk faithfully with your calling (Ephesians 4:1-2). Always acknowledge the power of the Holy Spirit, who continually guiding you through and through.

         We give all the highest Glory, Honor and Thanksgiving to our Almighty GOD for all the achievements and accomplishments He has brought to Jesus Is Lord Church Hong Kong, especially in the life of Management Information System Staff and to their accomplishments that helps JILC-HK in establishing an accurate numerical data.
